Taekwondo training consists of practicing offensive and defensive forms in order to harden the body. This can involve forms of kicking, punching, jumping, blocking, dodging, and sparring practices.
Jeffrey Tan is an experienced Taekwondo instructor and a member of the Taekwondo Black Belt Club for Advanced Training.
