The Elevate Performance Coaching swim squad primarily focuses on freestyle and welcomes swimmers of all abilities. Lanes are assigned based on individual abilities and training objectives to ensure tailored programmes for each participant.
Sessions include a blend of technique refinement, strength endurance, speed, and triathlon-specific training. Distances typically range from 1500 to 4000 meters, adjusted according to group abilities and session types, with a focus on aerobic, anaerobic, and VO2 max intensities. These sessions are designed to develop pacing skills and increase swimming speed.
