Rolling Good Times (RGT) is a fall-prevention programme developed by the Health Promotion Board (HPB) and its partners for adults aged 50 and above.
Through guided strength and balance exercises, participants will learn practical ways to reduce the risk of falls, build confidence in movement, and stay active and independent.
The programme also introduces basic rolling techniques that may help minimise injury in the event of a fall.
Mandatory Pre-Requisite Assessment
All participants must attend and pass a pre-requisite assessment before joining the programme.
Duration: Monday, 6 July 2026
Assessment Sessions: 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am
Only participants who pass the assessment will be eligible to join the programme.
Fees: Complimentary (Member) | $8 (Guest) [per session]
