Sports Nutrition Talk
Saturday, 17 July
The way to success for a swimmer should not just be focusing on having a detailed, well-planned, evidence-based training and competition regimen but also a sophisticated and effective Nutrition plan. An effective Nutrition Plan helps enhance the adaptations to training, recover from training, decrease the risk of injury and illness and keep swimmers optimally fuelled during the competition period.
Interested in knowing what an effective Nutrition Plan should have? How do you start creating an effective Nutrition Plan? This 1 ½ hours talk is your chance to have a better understanding of what a Nutrition Plan comprises and take your first step on creating your very own Nutrition Plan.
Note: There would be interactive activities during the talk, which will require an electronic device preferably a laptop, tablet or iPad.
