If you hesitated at this question, learn all about the fuel that gives you power for a long day at our ‘Introduction to Coffee and Coffee Tasting’ workshop. We will sample three to four coffees from different origins, while exploring the basics of coffee tasting, as well as gaining an overview of coffee from seed to mug.

Workshop Outline
1. What affects the taste of coffee?
- Producer (farm): origins, varietals, altitude, processing methods
- Roaster: roasting style, development, roast level
- Barista/Coffee Drinker: brewing method, calibration, freshness of coffee

2. How to taste and appreciate coffee (theory)

3. Coffee tasting session
- Taste coffees from different origins with distinctively different flavour profiles
- Blind tasting
