    Take up Taekwondo and learn not only self-defence techniques but develop physical and mental fitness as well.

    The Club conducts classes for all levels – beginner, intermediate and advance. Private coaching is also available.

    Open to all ages from 4 years onwards.

  • Total Body Conditioning

    Total body conditioning combines movements targeting various parts of the body to improve strength, flexibility and endurance. Movements can be modified or intensified according to individual’s fitness level.

  • Zumba Fitness

    Zumba makes exercise an enjoyable experience with its dance fitness programme and high-energy movements.
