Piloxing (NEW CLASS!!)

PILOXING® is a group exercise class that blends Pilates, boxing and dance. A cardio workout that incorporates cutting edge research and fitness techniques to burn maximum calories, build lean muscles, and increase stamina. The PILOXING® programme uniquely blends the power, speed, and agility of boxing with exhilarating dance moves and targeted sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. These techniques are supplemented by the use of weighted gloves, further toning the arms and maximising cardiovascular health. Combine them together, and you have a muscle-toning, fat-burning workout that will make you feel physically and mentally empowered!
Every Thursday 8pm–9pm and Friday 7pm–8pm
8 sessions per month, conducted by JR Fitness Instructors

Monthly Fees -
Once a week: $77.04/member, $87.74/guest (billed to member's account)
Twice a week: $128.40/member, $139.10/guest (billed to member's account)
