Keep Fit is an aerobics workout that helps practitioners improve cardio-vascular health, increase the body’s level of good cholesterol and lose weight.

Date: Every Tuesday (No Lesson on 5th week)
Time: 10am – 11am

Date: Every Thursday (No Lesson on 5th week)
Time: 10am – 11am
Or
Date: Every Thursday *Pending Commence*
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Fee (per mth):

$53.50/member

$64.20/member (billed to members account)
