Deep-water Workout

Strengthening exercises in deep water target all muscle groups. The use of aqua dumbbells to deep-water workout further develops muscles through weight resistance.

Kelvin Teoh has more than 10 years of experience teaching Aquarobics and Deep-water workout.

For swimmers only.

Aqua Belt & Dumbbells to be purchased by participants.
