Take a trip down under with Jackson Miller’s Chef De Cuisine’s masterfully curated seven-course degustation menu, paired with some of Australia’s iconic fine wines from the Maxwell Winery. The evening will feature a guest speaker and certified sommelier, Samuel Tse, who will share his extensive knowledge of the wines.

Maxwell Wines
Located in McLaren Vale, which is about 33 kilometres south of Adelaide, the winery has been passed on through three generations of the Maxwell family. From the moment he first discovered the current site in 1979, Mark Maxwell has put his heart and soul into this five-star winery. It’s this family, after all, that pioneered the mead industry in Australia, and set the standard for honey wine globally. Who knows what made them this way? But everything Mark Maxwell makes is MAXWELL-MADE.
