No one can deny that Single Malt Whiskies and Indian cuisine make for a perfect pairing! Chef Ali showcases a delectable 5-course menu that expounds on the rich and regal flavours of Indian cuisine, paired with 5 expressions of single malt whiskies from The Glenrothes encompassing of the 12 Years, Vintage 2001, Vintage 1998 and Vintage 1995.

Randall Tan joined Edrington as a Brand Advocate for The Macallan and Highland Park on 1 January 2015. He has spearheaded various projects like The Macallan Sea Rare Cask Launch in 2015 and the launch of The Highland Park Inner Circle and Ice Edition in 2016. Randall also plays host to VIPs at whisky pairing dinners at various upscale restaurants.
