Founder of and Master Mixologist at BarSmiths Singapore, Mark has Collaborated with many Michelin-starred chefs as well as celebrity chefs including Gordon Ramsey (Ramsey's), Jason Atherton (Maze by Ramsey & Poland Street Social) and Anthony Bourdain and Bobby Chin.
