Chef Jimmy Chok
Best known for his creation of innovation recipes that blend Asian ingredients with western-style cooking, Chef Jimmy Chok’s name is synonymous with fusion food and he has been called one of Singapore's first celebrity chefs before the term "celebrity chef" became widely used.

An accredited sommelier since 2008, Zainal brings a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge over a successful 20-year career in wine sales. Zainal was awarded “Sommelier of the Year” by Diners Club/Accent Magazine.
